DETAILS
An elegant pair of earrings, using beads mounted on gold-toned ear posts with jewelers wire, embellished with black and red glass seed beads. They hand down about 7/8 inch (21.5 mm.) from the ear posts.

The lampwork beads are done on a bright red glass base, decorated with a stringer made of ivory glass and silver leaf, which results in a veined, stoney look. The dots of this stringer are applied and encased with transparent glass in a manner which stretches the dots to form the vertical stripes seen in the beads.

The lampwork beads are about 1/2 inch (12 mm.) in diameter and 3/8 inch (7.5 mm.) tall.
