DETAILS
This is a large and very colorful flat focal bead. Its base uses a bright yellow opaque glass, which has been modified with swirls of black, overlaid in the center with a bright, transparent red-orange glass. It was then encased with clear glass, and a band of blue-gree reduction frit applied at the equator. It was then shaped with paddles.

Bead Width (side to side): c. 27.5 mm ( 1 1/8 inch)
Bead Height (hole to hole): c. 26 mm ( 1 1/16 inch)
Bead Thickness: c. 7 mm. ( 5/16 inch)
Hole Size: c. 2 mm. (3/32 mandrel used)
